Starting with the 1.3 OS and then being upgraded to 2.0 basically made the 120 a whole new (and much more useable) machine. the 2.0 OS introduced MANY new features such as really good handwriting recognition much more user friendly software. If you have an old 120 or purchased one second hand with the 1.3 OS, send it in to Apple for the 2.0 upgrade right away! Although the 120 is much improved with the 2.0 OS upgrade it is still hampered by its small amount of SRAM which makes it a very poor candidate for web browsing or Internet email. |
