Comments: The 130 is basically the 120 with the addition of backlighting and extra SRAM. This unit is very good for Internet e-mail and marginally useful as a web browser (it's a bit slow). The processor is the same as the Original MessagePad, but OS 2.0 does speed things up a bit. Handwriting recognition is excellent on this model as it is on the 120 with 2.0 OS. Hundreds of very good third party software applications are available. The Pocket Quicken software is very feature laden, but becomes sluggish after a few hundred entries. This unit is a solid and reliable workhorse.
