Space Can Suck

26 twinkies, 9 actors, 4 days, yogurt and a rat..............$230.00

23 minutes of solid special effects and a whole new take on science fiction ......priceless

The human race has learned to bend time and space. We have traversed the stars and encountered alien races. Technology has advanced us to places we could only imagine.

But in all this time of change and discovery,
humans have unfortunately remained the same.

Space can Suck! started as a small computer game for the macintosh in 1996, was released on the internet, and from there it took on a life of it’s own. After thousands of downloads, the idea for the series was born. Inspired by the imagination of Star Trek, and the confrontational humor of Sam Raimi, we set out to expand the boundries of traditional science fiction. Shot with one camera completely in front of a blue screen, we relied on the depth of our story, the patience of the actors, and the special effects savy of Javier Rodriguez to create something from nothing. Well, 230 dollars, but we did return the stunt rat. Questions? Email mobuli@aol.com.
